We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at the time of checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
We design, test, manufacture, assemble and package at our facility in Nanoose Bay, British Colombia. This allows us to continuously make improvements to the product deign, quality, and your experience.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
I live in the US, will I pay duties?
Any applicable duties are added to the final price you pay and displayed when checking out. Once you receive the product, no additional duties or payments will be required ensure there are no surprises.
