Refund policy

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the shipper (Canada Post, USPS, etc.) has confirmed delivery, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Should an order go missing, customers are encouraged to check if it was delivered to a neighbor and/or file a claim with the shipper.

Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy. Refunds are available only for damaged or defective items, and only within 30 days of purchase. If you have received damaged or defective item(s), simply send a photo of the items(s) to info@gannetgear.com.

We then review the photos and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only provide exchanges within 30 days of purchase and the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the exchange shipping. All returns must be received in merchantable form and in the original packaging. If you choose to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@gannetgear.com.
